I was born and raised in the Buffalo, New York area and lived most of my adult life in the Rochester, New York area.  I have also lived in Michigan and Ohio and have a family cottage in Ontario, Canada.  I am married and have two daughters and six rescue grandpets.

My husband and I are now grateful to call Port Orange, Florida our permanent home.  I joined Watson Realty after 20 years of serving the public as the Director of Finance and Grants for the Rochester City School District. I am very accustomed to providing excellent customer service, addressing the needs of all stakeholders, and strategic planning.

I spent my first year in Florida gutting, remodeling, and decorating our home.  When not serving my customers, I enjoy spending time appreciating the beauty and recreation that Florida has to offer, finding new restaurants, spending an evening at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, or watching football. Daytona Beach FL Real Estate

Daytona Beach, FL is famous worldwide. Located on the Atlantic Ocean, 23 miles of beaches are plentiful to walk or drive, breezes are refreshing and the Intracoastal waterway views are breathtaking. Whether by boat, car or plane, access is simple. Home to the World''s Most Famous Beach otherwise known as the Fun Coast, Daytona also features other landmarks in the area. The Daytona International Speedway, home to the acclaimed Daytona 500 and the Pepsi 400, each year will entertain you, not only for races but also for racing history. Main Street Daytona hosts the infamous Bike Week and Biketoberfest for the riding enthusiasts. Embry-Riddle University is the most recognized college for Flight training and Engineering for students from around the world. Daytona Beach also has a list of cultural attractions that include Peabody Auditorium, Seaside Music Theatre and the News Journal Center that provide an array of entertainment, Broadway Shows and Symphonies for all age groups. Other nearby attractions are Cape Kennedy, the oldest historical city of St. Augustine and all Orlando attractions.

Within these cities there are some areas such as Spruce Creek Fly-In where residents can fly-in and park their airplane in a hangar by their home. Owners without planes can still enjoy the real estate in Spruce Creek from townhouses to single family homes around an 18 hole golf course with prices from just under $200,000 to 5 million.

For golf lovers the Daytona area is also home to the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) with real estate opportunities around two 18 hole courses with price ranges from the $200`s to 1 million with lots available to build.
